In addition to online secure ordering we take every precaution to protect your credit card information. However, if you do not wish to order via our website , we provide other alternative methods of purchasing our costumes and accessories as indicated below::

Order Online:
Once you place your order through our website, you will receive an automated email confirmation sent to your email address.  This is your receipt with your order number at the top.  Please print this out for your records.  We will not charge your credit card until your order is due to ship.  On some occasions we will need to take a deposit on larger orders and/or special ordered items.  You will also receive an email confirmation from our shipping department once your order has shipped.  This email is to provide you with a tracking number from our shipping carrier so you can track your package.

Call Us With Your Order:
For more efficient service, we recommend placing your order through our website.  If you would prefer to call in your order, please call our order line at (561)743-0760 Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6:00 pm EST.

Fax Your Order:
Print out your order receipt and fax it to us at (561) 743-0307.  Be sure to write your credit card information (card name, card number, expiration date, and 3 digit security code listed on the back of your card) on the fax before you send it to us.

Mail Your Order:
Simply complete the order process except for credit card information. Print out your receipt and mail it to us at the following address:

Payment Methods:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Corporate Checks, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.  We do not ship any orders COD.  If paying by check, we must receive the check BEFORE we can process your order.  Credit cards are not charged until the time of shipping your order.

Shipping:
Due to increased fuel surcharges, our shipping rates have changed.  Additional shipping charges may be added for excessive weight, oversized packages, or remote area locations. Most orders are shipped Ground service and shipping charges are added to the grand total of your order.  Minimum shipping charges are $8.95 for Domestic Ground Service.  Canadian and overseas orders are subject to a $16.00  handling charge.  Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands can only be shipped 2-day or Overnight Air service. All overseas orders are shipped DUTY UNPAID.  It is the customers responsibility to pay any duties once your package has arrived in customs in your country.  Hollywood Costumes is not responsible for refunding any customers who abandon their shipment with customs and refuse to pay the tax and duty fee.  Allow 10 business days for delivery of in-stock items.  If an item you ordered is Backordered, it will be shipped out as soon as that item comes back in stock.  If you need your order by a specified date, please note this on your order form.  The customer is responsible for paying an expedited shipping fees if specifying a delivery date within 10 days of placing their order. IMPORTANT - IN THE LAST WEEK BEFORE HALLOWEEN, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED WITH 2 DAY OR NEXT DAY SHIPPING.

APO and FPO Addresses:
These packages are shipped by US Post. Please allow at least 14 business days for delivery to APO and FPO addresses.

Our shippers have been extremely reliable! However, we cannot guarantee the shipment times on their behalf. As such, we will not be held responsible for late deliveries by any carrier, and we will not refund shipping charges, unless we did not ship your order within our 48 hr Guarantee for items in stock. All orders are considered the customer's once the package has been shipped.

Backorders and Pre-Order Items:
If an item is backordered or a pre-order item it will be shipped as soon as we can get it in stock. Please note that we try to keep our website updated, however, because of the quantity of merchandise that we carry it may take a few days to show an accurate update on a specific item. Feel free to call in an order to obtain an accurate availability.

Back Ordered Items - Due to seasonal demand and popularity of certain themes or characters, some products may be out of stock or backordered.  We will attempt to fill those orders as soon as possible.
Pre-order Items
- First come, first served basis. A Pre-order item is an item which is currently in production and is new to our inventory. Placing an order for a pre-order item will reserve  that item for you when it becomes available.  Please note that we try to give you an estimated delivery date of all our pre-order items on our website, however, it also depends on the manufacturer and can sometimes take a little longer.

Returns:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!  We will gladly exchange defective merchandise or incorrect sizes.  We do not refund any overseas customers who abandon their shipment with customs in their country.  We are not responsible for return shipping on any refund or exchanged items.  Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to the shipping company.  We will not accept anything back without a Return Authorization from our customer service department.  Please email any questions or concerns about our return policy to our email address:  studios@hollywoodcostumesandparty.com

Order Status:
For status on orders or general information, please e-mail us at studios@hollywoodcostumesandparty.com. For all inquiries we will need the following information: Name order was placed under, date of order, item and description of item, and invoice number. Please write in the subject box, "STATUS OF MY ORDER".
